For more information, please visit www.finnfund.fi We are now looking for a Controller (Finance and Risk Management) for a full-time, permanent position in Helsinki. What you will be doing As a Controller (Finance and Risk Management), you will be responsible for conducting and analysing Finnfund’s internal and external reporting. External reporting consists of various stakeholders such as Finnish authorities, OECD, and the association of European development finance institutions EDFI. Internal reporting responsibilities are focused mainly on our portfolio performance. Your task is to promptly deliver and develop the field of reporting. Who we are looking for An ideal candidate for this position is passionate about numbers and analysing those. A successful candidate is efficient, comfortable with working in a changing environment, and capable of translating numbers into concrete actions. You have experience in controlling and collaborating with different stakeholders. The role requires experience in analysing the financial figures of investee companies, capability to valuate equity investments, and create valuable reporting to Finnfund’s management. The position requires a team player mentality and flexibility. Experience from a similar position inside a financial institution or a bank is considered an asset.
