Kashf Foundation

In brief

Kashf Foundation is an existing client of Finnfund. This is the third loan to Kashf to continue on-lending business loans to its customers. Kashf's loan portfolio has grown steadily and without sacrificing high-quality loan issuance to its customers. Kashf is registered as a Non-Banking Micro Finance Company, and it is regulated by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan. Its customers are low-income households, especially women, who account to over 95% of its borrowers. Financial services include appraisal-backed individual lending, along with other non-financial services that have a transformative impact at the household level. Non-financial services include capacity building by offering skills development training to better understand the products and services, and tele-health clinics.
