Project description
Green Resources is the biggest sustainable forestry company in Sub Saharan Africa. It has almost 40 000 hectares of plantations and industrial operations in three countries: Tanzania, Uganda and Mozambique. The main products produced by the company are sawn timber, poles and bio energy. Finnfund has financed the company since 2012. The new financing will be used to support the company’s industrial expansion by increasing working capital and upgrading the industrial facilities.
