Opening ceremony of Polar’s new production unit Polar (Guangzhou) Electronics Co. was held on 6th of November in Guangzhou, China. Finnfund is one of the financial backers of the new unit producing heart rate monitors.

Finnfund has been working together with Polar Electro since the beginning of the 1990s, first as an investor in their Hong Kong operations and later, since 1998 in the Polar Twin Advance Company in Malaysia.
